Seems we have agreed a fee with Dodgers pals for Jelavic , has to be worth a try with our scoring record .
also we seem close to a boy called manolas , he is a defender with AEK Athens , know nothing about him .. you notice i use the word SEEMS .. at our place we dont celebrate til the deal is done . intrest in Kevin Doyle seems to be knocked on the head as big Mick says he aint selling .. i like Doylers work rate .. should be no transfer window anyhow ..
See our old boy Piennar wants away from the lane aswell . wasnt happy getting football & chased the cash . serves him right coz he was treated very well at our place .. ..
 
Don't think we'll sign anybody. If we do, it'll be a 14 year old left footed french midfielder who no one has ever heard of. He'll sit in the reserves for 3 years, go out on loan a few times, get paid 60k a week, never fulfil his early promise, and we will find it impossible to sell him on because of his wages.

I don't get excited in the transfer window.

It looks like my team (Hibs) have out-fought Rangers for a Honduran international.It all sounds dodgy, but he's been training at Ibrox for a fortnight, Sally McCoist is on record as saying he likes him and wants to sign him, but then Rangers bail with suggestions they cannot afford him, only for the lad to rock up at Hibs and sign.

This is unique in Scottish football, I can't think of another example (if it's true)

The lad in question is hard as buggery, some bandits tried to steal his car, he jumped them and they shot him in the head!

You have bought a player that will not solve your problems Bill.Really hope you did not pay anything more than £5m for him.

He'll get you no more than 5 goals before the end of the season,over rated pish.

Ok, he is a 19 year old German kid no one has ever heard of, but he is a mid fielder, so got that right.

I also forgot to mention that any signing will be a crock, he is, and cheap, he is that too. Happy days.

That would still make him out top scorer tho mate .. we aint seting the goalscoring charts alight ha .. we dont have much more than £5mill (from the sale of the russian that was a marvellous buy) so i hope he does something . dont rate him myself tho

First ive heard mate , straight swop for Modric ha ha . just kidding , cant see spurs needing Louis .. love the guy to bits but 30min man now, strong rumour Piennar is heading back to goodison tho.. good player but lost a bit of respect for the boy the way he went ..

I’ve heard the Pienaar rumour too, QPR are looking at him as well.

Betting Update: Hugo Rodallega is 5/4 to move to Tottenham from Wigan this January with speculation suggesting he is set for a switch. He's 7/2 to join Fulham and 5/1 to move to QPR.

Steven Pienaar looks set to be about to return to Everton. The South African is 11/10 from 11/1 this morning to make a return to Goodison.
