Trackman in North of England

I hold my hands up to being a stat geek. That being said I confess that I really want a go on a Trackman with my driver and irons to see what stat's I'm getting.

Unfortunately I have no idea where has one around here.

So can I pick the brains of the forum for locations of Trackman machines in the north of England. Only condition is that it is accessible to a punter with a few quid and a bit of notice who wants to have a bash on it.

Flightscope. Shows everything you need to know m8.

Had a session on it yesterday with the driver, was fitted for
my Mizuno irons just before Xmas.

Anyways good set of lads up there.

I Know Shay have flightscope as do Garforth and Direct Golf in Huddersfield.

The problem with most ranges is that they use low distance range balls and miss labelled distance markers. Because of that I have a hard time trusting Flightscope.

Any time I carry a demo 6 iron 177 then 187 yards after hitting my own 163, I start to smell BS!

It would just be really cool to hit real balls on a range with trustful data.

If it's anything like the one at World of Golf in clydebank keep your money in your pocket.The one there is totally inaccurate, so much so I asked for a refund.I know the distance of my clubs, I was more interested in dispertion, the trackman was telling me I was hitting a 7 iron 115-120 yards whereas I know it goes 145-150.Made me doubt the whole thing.

I can vouch for morecambe (forty mins ish from skipton) and the pro there knows his stuff. All based in custom built studio. My stats were spot on to what I hit, think its twenty quid a session. Oh real srixon and titleist balls. Look him up, golfcoachuk.
