Anyone know much or have any experience on Tour Edge gear , especially fairways ?

Foremost Golf have some great deals on at the moment but i've never come across anyone that's played them or in fact i've never seen them in the flesh. I'm sure someone on here may have some feedback. Are they aimed at the better player ????

They have two ranges - Exotics and the other stuff (Bazooka etc).

Exotics is premium equipment, and usually comes in 2 flavours, standard and Tour. The Tour stuff really just means better player with slightly heavier shafts. The Tour Edge Exotics stuff use high quality components, usually aftermarket shafts. They have a reputation for long hitting fairway woods and hybrids, and also do some nice putters and irons. Like anything else, you need to be sure they suit you, but if they do, have no fears about quality. Foremost were UK distributors so they tend to have the best stock around these parts.

The other stuff (Bazooka etc) are mid price and decent kit for the money too.

I once hit a clients 2 hybrid (Exotics), it went miles and felt lovely off the club face, and apparently he got it in the States dirt cheap.

A club fitter near Tamworth does Tour Edge. He didn't have the Exoctics 8 models in when I saw him 2 months ago but he's got them now. From what I saw I was impressed and thinking of buying the Beta 8 driver.

All sounds interested. Checkout the Foremost golf sale section, some serious reductions there.

I have, but obviously the new range has come out now hence the reductions. Trouble is, it's trying them out, I suppose you could contact foremost and see if any local pro are stocking them.

Yeah got a set buddy "XCG3's" bloody nice stuff, the shafts on mine are "Project X 6.0 stiff" and they go miles with very little in the way of effort and feel real nice, I've also got the 3/18* rescue and the 3/15* wood which are just as nice to use in-fact I average 200-250 with either the 3 wood or the rescue, I've also got a "Bazooka HT Max-D" driver in 10.5* but I'm having issues with that at the moment (I can't bloody hit it straight which is why I'm using the 3 wood) so all in all buddy deffo worth a punt !...

Exotics range is quality kit!

Buy it 2nd hand as it's an even better bargain!

I had a couple of the 'original' CB1 3 woods - one of which passed through Hobbit's hands I know a couple of guys who are still using that particular model!

I've also seen a few more recent models (mainly in the hands of Yanks) and they've tended to hit them a very very long way - including one of those 'unforgettable' shots!
