Tough mudder in Scotland

Thought I would post a few pics of the tough mudder we did in June to raise money for cancer fund for children in Northern Ireland.
We have just handed over the final cheques and raised I managed to raise over 4k so the 12 miles of mud and pain were worth it.

And a pic of Molly, my hero and the main reason I decided to do this.

Yea, part of me wants to do one, one day...But I generally do a couple of triathlons a year, so the thought of even MORE exercise just isn't appealing

Would def recommends mate. You would really enjoy it. It's not a race it's just a great team event.

Thanks Paul. Was done in June but with hols etc and commitments Naomi from cffc was only able to meet now as we had the golf club and michelin where I work who helped to raise a few quid and gets pics etc.

Done one last year. The electric shocks on the final obstacle were hardcore . I swore i saw my skeleton!!!
