Went to buy my GPS today and bought a Bushnell Neo Ghost from Direct Golf in Peterborough. Got it back to the office and the back of the unit was scratched. Nipped back to change it but it was the only one so they loaned me a Garmin G6 to use in case a replacement is not here by the weekend. Thought that was a very decent way of sorting a problem

as long as the scratch doesn't cause a problem, I.e screen etc, could you not have just asked for money off? Store credit?
