Tomorrow Cruden Bay

I'm playing in the Seniors at Cruden Bay tomorrow - never played there, been looking forward to it for ages.

Just checked the weather for my tee time at 11.40 and it's not good - 80% chance of rain and winds gusting to over 30 mph - then I watched this video - off to stock up on golf balls

Really nice track but if the forecast is correct you'll have some time of it!!!:lol:

Wow what a superb fun day on horrendous conditions - I'd have walked off most courses with weather like today - forecast was spot on 30mph plus wind and constant rain - discovered that Footjoy rain gloves are wonderful for providing a decent grip but don't provide any warmth at all.

Cruden Bay in the wind and rain is absolutely crazy but brilliant fun - it's straight into my top five favourite courses - I'll be back next year, hopefully with sunshine and a little less breeze.
