Would have loved to have joined you, I have a meeting on Churchfields at 12, it will never be finished in time, another time I would love to get something sorted?

Looking forward to it Steve (and Tony and Nick) - I think I have blown my eagle budget for the year! Not much inspiration from my performance today! See you there sometime after midday :)

Paul, the 7th (i think) is a good eagle chance. Downhill par 5 and there is also a reachable par 5 on the back nine. Some great veiws from the top of the course when you are up by the race track. Have a good day chaps.

Sounds good to me mate. Not sure I can afford the stakes Paul usually plays for, will have to limit it to £50 a head I think.

How about most double bogeys minus eagles - I am looking for number 6 today boys now I am on a roll! :) Looks like the wet stops early afternoon and the sun might just cone out - could be weather for sorts if it makes 10 degrees:D

Well a quick thankyou to Steve, nick and paul for a great day out.
Cant believe myself and Steve lost £9.50.
Very impressed with Nicks putting and chipping very good around the greens.
Impressed with Pauls practice swing.:D
We lost 3 and 2.
I had the chances but the putter was cold.
Very nice course,we did catch the rain im afraid which spoilt it a little.
If the game was decided on how many times I drove past Pauls drives with my 3 wood
we would have won 6 and 5

Another great fun day out. Thanks for the invite Steve and to my partner Nick and the other losing opponent Tony :D - who smacks a 7yr old 3 wood and indecent distance despite only having half a swing  . A very nice course, with some sightly dodgy weather and good company. It was a tight front nine with us 1 down after 8 - would have been more apart from Nick holing a couple of good puts. We then won 9, 10, 11 and 12 and held out over the next few. We left Steve preparing for the AGM at the club with a jumbo portion of chips, chilli and cheese along with few pints of San Miguel - it looks like a long night and a sore head tomorrow!!
