If you go on link now at the bottom is how you enter. If sends you to the St Andrews page where yo then enter your details

been over it a couple of time and can't see anything about how to enter, just keep ending up on the same page

maybe it is stuck in your cache like that somehow, since you first opened it before today

try deleting your cookies and try again
