...I find out what the extent of my lymphoma is.

After five (scary) weeks of tests, scans and biopsies, and visits to various specialists today is the moment of truth.

It feels like I am going in front of the firing squad, but don't know if they will have live ammo or blanks. Whatever happens it will be a relief to finally know my full diagnosis.

Hopefully, it's just a triple bogey on the 13th that I can recover from. I don't do NR's.

Also, good luck to all those playing in HFH this week. Have fun guys and gals, because you really don't know what is around the corner.

The very best of luck for today. Hopefully the diagnosis is along the lines of what you are hoping for and you make a full and speedy recovery.

Look after yourself - keeping in the day if at all possible. Try not and let the mind zoom out of control into the future and what might be, for that way can lie despair. We can plan what might be next year; next month; next week; tomorrow - we can only live today.

Blimey Steve, that's a bit of a shocker. Fingers crossed it's no worse than a 3 putt par!!

Look forward to seeing you out on the course again soon
