When you use it you will feel it keeping your wrists firm. That way, you have to use your shoulders to create the stroke.
Then, make sure your lower half doesnt turn and you should be fine/

Thanks Bob had a quick play in the conservatory and the difference is amazing, just got to keep bottom half quite as felt myself sway abit!
