You will wait a long time for PK to reply.

My trolley started becoming slower and slower. A quick dismantle found the gearbox packed with some sort of wadding which had gradually tighten around the gears!

Trolley was about 2 years old I wrote to PK just to let them know (asked for now't) in case other owners had reported the same issue - never heard a squeak.
