what do you guys wear under your waterproofs??

Reason i ask is i would like to wear my waterproofs with it being muddy as they are easier to clean than getting your trousers all muddy, problem is i feel i have restricted movement with having so many layers on!!

Nowt except a pair of lycra cycling shorts :o unless it is particularly cold I MIGHT stick on a pair of long johns

Depends, if I have no intention of going into the clubhouse afterwards I will wear the trousers like I would with ordinary trousers IE with just underwear under them.

I tend not to wear waterproof trousers unless its raining and owuld rather take a change with me to wera afterwards. I don't really have a problem wearing them other than I tend to get too hot in them. I just wash the trousers when I get in

yea i see what your saying homer..

I played last thurs and when on the 9th hole it hammered it down so by the time i would of got my trousers out i was already wet!! So with the muddy course and wet weather this is why im just thinking of wearing them

I bought a pair of trespass soft touch ski trousers for £20, they are lined so very comfy and warm with just a pair of boxers underneath! Plus can actually use them when I go skiing in march! Double use!

I hope if your wear normal trousers under your water proofs, you dont tuck your trousers into your socks ...
We're you watching me yesterday??? :D;)
I generally wear waterproof trousers in the winter months, just makes me feel a little cosier, trousers tucked in of course. I sometimes use thermal leggings, cheap from Primark and they are light and warm.
It is only in the top half I sometimes feel I have too many layers.

if its only a muddy course, and not raining, why don't golfers wear gaitors the same as walkers do? lightweight, easy to put on, very effective in keeping trouser bottoms/socks clean, easy to store in bag etc etc. is there a particular reason not to use??

They make you like like a fud imho

Spring/autumn I'll just wear waterproofs with no troooooos, in the Winter you've got to have a layer underneath else the man bits will freeze... plus (I learned this at Blackmoor) a FULL change of clothes available.

Only wear me Boxers under my Galvin Green Alfs
I was goin to invest in some Galvin Green or Under Armour leggings....... But thought I may hav gota bit stick off some of my Pals, thinking they my wifes tights or sumit like that.....
