After TM had some stock issues with over demand my TP 3w arrived. Took it to the range last night.

For 14 years I've been using a Callaway steelhead 4+ and people say dump the driver it's that good. Yes it is and it would take something special to move it out the bag....Hello TM 3W:lol:
I just loved the way it sits at address, the flight, the confidence building head (The Callaway is small so wasn't sure about using this) and the sound at impact is Awesome-IER :smirk:

This will take the place of driver on any short-ish holes.

TM are on to a real winner with this club..........and it's adjustable:thup:

glad it finally arrived colin! is that everything now inc shoes all arrived? i felt for you when we all had our new kit and you didn't..

I am loving my gear, chatting with Gibbo and he wasnt getting on too well with his irons! mine are now performing so well, better than my driving! (Which i think i need a session with a TM guru, as i have had some changes to my swing and i think my settings are off now!!)

Get out there and GAME them!!!

Didn't think you had fairways of hybrids, you know forum rules no vid didn't happen!

The stage 2 sounds like an instant hit darth, was it an obsecure shaft or just your head caused the stock issue?
Glad its working well just in time for the sun to appear. Enjoy.

I do like the look of the stage 2 TP, smaller head than the ord version isn't it?

Would quite like to try one but the only shop in Inverness has some at the moment and they only have a simulator. Once they get some at the Nairn Dunbar Pro shop, i'll have a git with one off grass.

LOL as per my tweet, i have 2 hybrids, but on the day at wentworth, i hit them so well, GM and TM decided it would not be fair to the likes of sergio garcia and justin rose to show those videos.. would make them feel bad i think...

PS. have you worked out why i mentioned to Mike that i hope the bloopers vid never leaves the cutting room floor!!

I didnt go for a fairway as i rarely use them and prefer hybrids, but colin and james were smashing them out of the course!!

I've been trying out the RBZ stage 2 3 wood as my R11TP isn't behaving. a shame as the 3 wood was always my favourite bat to hit when I had the Nikes.

A combination of my high handicap, the small head and the very stiff heavy shaft means I just cannot swing the bat in confidence. Exactly the opposite of my RBZ hybrid so may be looking to change to a non-tp

not sure really, they said for the last 6 weeks it's been shaft stock shortages, possibly just the TP shaft

I've struggled with my driving for ages, 1 good 3 bad etc. I then brought last year RBZ 5 Wood in December, I can hit it 200-210yds really well, good flight off the tee and the deck, fairways hit are improving as well, thinking about buying either the new or last years RBZ 3 wood now or do I stick with the 5 wood?

as an aside, I was looking up my driver shaft and it seems its an optional one for the TP drivers... thats how good I am I need pucker shafts :p

glad you are just about sorted, thats 2 months less sky marks on them anyway Colin ;)

Used mine lots today when I played rather well on the Surrey golf tour. Knocked my 14.5 onto the green on the par 4 16th.

Needless to say, can't speak highly enough of it! Glad you've finally got everything :)

TP is the shaft designation only on these; Tour is the head designation.

RBZ-2 Tour head is about 4cc smaller at 3-15 designation. Hard pushed to notice volume side by side but the Tour is a little narrower and deeper.

The RBZ-2's are also about 4cc smaller than the originals (both designations)
