Hi guys,

Can anyone remember having one of these putters?

Always wanted one of these, anyone know where I can get one from?

Yeah beautiful finish to it!

How do you find the Kombi?

I tend to go through putters fairly regularly, year before last I went through 5 in a couple of months, the Kombi been in the bag since. Not the prettiest of Scottys but has the soft feel of a milled face and seems to do the job. Its very good from inside 10 ft whilst still having enough feel to approach putt from distance. That said it may be time for a change soon lol (that or go back to the Newport or Fastback lol). The watch list on ebay seems to keep growing, have got my eye on one but expect it will go for more than I want to pay :(

Yeah the Kombi is a big boy! But you can't beat the milled face of a Scotty!

A Scotty is definitely next on my list, so if you're ever getting rid of them drop me a message! I have a few on the ebay watch lsit, we'll probably end up outbidding each other at some point! What you got your eye on at the moment?

Theres one of the rarer types of Scotty been trying to get one of for a while, only come up every now and again and can go for silly money depending on condition, would almost rather one in bad nick and get it refurbished (and fitted to my spec) but Im clearly not the only one :( Other than its just if something grabs my eye, quite like the look of the Mizuno MPT 102/106 or similar, expect what I buy next will be a heel shafted half mallet of some sort

I know, I'll always get it refurbed, so I'm the same- not too bothered about the condition. I've also found out that headcover and grip are provided if you have it refurbed by Titleist themselves- so one without a headcover would be perfect.Face balanced for me or centre shafted blade.

Thanks for looking Gareth but thats the Studio design not the Circa 62, the one I'm looking for has a concave top, really weird and rare I have found! They come up now and again so I'll keep my eyes peeled! If anyone's selling a Scotty give me a shout, save those ebay fees ay!

nice but a bit fussy at the back for me, want something a bit plainer (it looks pretty similar to the fast back too)
I use a black one, you don't see any markings at all when you look down on it and it's beautifully weighted, worth checking out.

The Fastback in question is a beauty and I get on pretty well with it but am keen to try some other things this year. I may have a little swap round with Fundy. The one thing I will say about the Fastback is that is has a very narrow face (toe to heal). The ball rolls really well with a good putt though!!

I am going to try and get a Circa 62 No3 but may also rob the Kombi from Steve for a bit to see what it does.

What grip o you guys use on the Scottys? Stay with the original or pop one of these superstroke or two thumb things on them?
