I'm sure this may have been asked before but can anybody recommend a decent trolley. Budget is max £300.
My old powakaddy sounds like a dominoes pizza moped now so I need to upgrade really.
I have seen these pro rider ones and many others. All have good and bad reviews but you never know who's writing them.
Any help is appreciated. The Mrs won't be too pleased if I have to buy another one in a year's time 😢

Just looked at these. Really nice to look at. I like the simplicity. Have you ever had anything go wrong. Interested about warranty and customer service.

Really appreciate the replies

When I first got it I complained that the clearance between the battery handle and the main body of the battery was too narrow....even my slim fingers wouldn't fit....they said that wasn't normal and couriered out a new battery the next day and picked the old one up. New battery had plenty of room and comparing the twoyou could see that the "faulty" ones case had a convex bow to it.

In four and a half years the only thing that has gone wrong is that the clock in the display once froze at 17:50....everything else worked as normal.....I just rest the clock to the correct time.

Other than that....it has been absolutely flawless in all respects. I know of two other players at my club who have EziCaddies and they have not had any problems in two or three years of ownership.

Powakaddy, EziCaddy and Hill Billy are different brands of the same group aren't they?

I know Powakaddy and Hill Billy are, and Ezicaddy has a website identical to Hill Billy and the same contact address...

I guess Hill Billy is the entry level, then Ezicaddy and then Powakaddy.

Appreciate this guy's. Same as buying anything there is just so much stuff out there. If I wanted bare minimum I would just pay 30 quid and get my old one serviced so I want as much as poss for money. Like everyone else I guess. I will defo look into the EZi caddy more.

Interesting that the ezicaddy is the same as Hillbilly. I have the Hillbilly Lithium, happy with it, good price, it was £379, may be less now.

Some pro shops sell off their rental carts at the end of the season at a great price.

Yeah I was going to suggest this. My pro sold off a load of Motocaddy trollies with lithium batteries, all freshly serviced only a year old for £300. Only the basic model but still a good saving and lithium lasts for a good few years. May be worth contacting a few of the pro shops in your area?

I bought a brand new Pro Rider from ebay a few years back. Cost about £250 all in and have to say it's been brilliant! Don't be afraid of the budget brands, there are some good bargains to be had.

I will have a word with our pros and see what they can say. I'm starting to favour the pro force one at the mo

So, last weekend I noticed that the nut that holds the front wheel on had fallen off. Quick photo with the phone and sent to EziCaddy asking them to send me a new nut and letting me know how to pay.

Today a large box turns up with a complete front wheel assembly in it. No charge.

That's quality buddy. I actually didn't buy amother electric trolley because I happened to stumble across a stewart r1 push trolley for sale. 50 quid and it is in immaculate condition.
