Tiger back to his old tricks

1. Don't really care what he does off the course.

2. The Daily Mail ? That stalwart of British newspaper journalism, known over the world for its truth and investigative work.

Hence why I said thoughts. Could be Daily Mail making up **** and just fishing, with a guy claiming to be his friend as a "reliable" source.

Well let's face it, since his pathetic insincere apology he's not been the same. So he might as well go back to what he knows best. Me personally, I hope that the reports are all fabricated the last thing I want to see is him contending every week.

IMO it is all bs. Daily Fail talks about the "Farmer's insurance classic", what is that? Is it anyway related to the Farmers Insurance Open, one of the biggest events of the year? Awful, clueless journalism.

And am I reading that post above right, the last thing you want to see is him contending every week? Isn't that a nice thing to say about the best golfer we have ever seen.

Yeah you read it right, don't like him never have done, I'd rather watch paint dry then watch him play, even when he was duffing chip shots I didn't watch him. My opinion, I'm entitled to it.

As to best golfer ever seen, you can't say that, he was good in his time just as Jones, Hogan, Snead, Nicklaus and others were. My opinion of course.

Im far more interested in the letter he wrote to that young child more than his private life.

Fair play to him for taking the time to write to that child, may have only taken him 5 mins, but thats not the point if it totally changes that childs life for the better.

When it comes to peoples private lives it shouldnt really matter

But in the advent of the rise of social media and people allowing others into their private lives its hard to know where to draw the line

As for Woods and his "indiscrections" - its up to him but it does highlight the sort of person he is - selfish and unfaithful but then thats nothing new and Woods isnt and wont be the first husband or wife to cheat on their partner.

It will never sit well with me

Just read this on my Flipboard app. The media just love a juicy story. Even if that means they make it up as they go along. As far as I'm concerned it's not the same Tiger I see on the tv

Well according to the Wail, he was with a stunner! That certainly would be a change, as all the previous 'indescretions' were fugly! And 2006 to 2007 is hardly recent!

As for whether it matters? That's personal to them (Vonn and Woods) and nobody else imo.

Prob written by a PA with a scribble by woods

Really can't understand the cynicism. If you read the piece he was contacted and asked to help and has sent something to the kid that has clearly made a big difference. What makes you think it was done by a PA and what difference does it make anyway? Woods gets a lot of flak on here (sometimes of his own making) and here's a goodnews story for once and guess what, people still try and twist it and have a moan
