Three hybrid

Anyone have one? Seen one on ebay and have a hankering but do I need it...

yep have had one for years - still got one of the TM RBZ ones , easy to hit and can go a mile , highly recommend one

Funnily enough I've just bought an X2 Hot 3 hybrid (regular shaft).

Mainly because my ball striking has been evolving such that I put my four iron back into the bag and was hitting that as far as my 4 hybrid, but was left with a gap to the next club - my 5 wood.

I've got X2 Hot 5h, 4h and now 3h and they are really good clubs. The 3 is working out well for me - definitely leaving less of a gap at the top of the bag now.

Go for it!

ive got the callaway XR 16 in 22 degrees. Just looking around for the 3h in the same

Got an 'Adams XTDti' adjustable from 16.5-19.5 degrees but it has taken a bit of a back seat as of late due to a new 3-wood (XR) also have a 22 degree hybrid which is my 'bacon saver' on numerous occasions throughout a round...

I struggle with hybrids. I was told by the Callaway bloke who fitted me it's because I have a flat lie. But I decided to try again and just picked up a Cleveland Classic 20.5 hybrid off ebay for £20 so thought it would be worth a punt.

I have a 4 hybrid, 22°. It's a nice club, I've struggled with it though, but lately had more joy by shortening the backswing a little bit. If you get the connection even vaguely right, it launches so easily.

I have the RBZ 4 and 5 hybrid and RBZ Mk2 3 hybrid. All 3 of them are belting clubs and very easy to hit. Go very good distances too. Highly recommended and you'd be able to pick them up cheaply now.

I've been using one for 3 months and so far so good, they are nice and easy to play with and I really enjoy the process

I am using a set of Adams V3 Hybrid irons where every club is a hybrid, the 4,5 and 6 are more traditional hybrid and the 7-GW are more like low profile irons with a wide sole. Very little offset on them and amazingly easy to hit high and straight. Not sure how well they work in the windy UK but in the Arizona Desert where you need to hit a high shot into many of the greens they are great!

It's funny how you pick something up and it just works, was talking to/playing with a chap today who was complaining about his budget irons (can't even remember what they were called) but he was hitting them really well, I then pointed out my 22* hybrid a 'Macgregor DX' which I picked up for the grand total of 14 quid of eBay and like I said before 'it saves my sorry backside' numerous times throughout a round...
