Three cards put in today, will get my first official HC this week.

Well, after joining a club for the first time, I've got three cards in a 87,85 and 84 on a par 68, so I'm thinking around a 16-18 HC and as long as the weather and work permit I might even get a comp played as well.

Sounds like it could be 16 or better depending on the SSS and if any holes scores over a double bogey...great first handicap!

Would be good to get going in comps asap too and get it down further :cheers:

Nice consistent scoring and judging by the consistency, reckon you'll have a good shot at going a bit lower.

Like me, you're probably gutted the winter is coming. Hope to be submitting my 3 cards in spring.

Should be 16 subject to a lower SSS or any nasty triples. Great starting point well done.

The 84 has a 7 and 6 on it, 4 pars on a 39 out, in was 1 over on each hole for 45.

The 85 has 6 6's on it, 4 pars on a 39 out, in had 2 pars for a 46.

The 87 has 3 6's on it, but 3 doubles and 1 par for 44 out, in had 4 pars but again 3 doubles for a 43

its all relative to SSS rather than par. Maybe the 7 could get trimmed if on a par 4 to give possible 15
