Driving down the A1 this morning there was a bump near Durham which closed the outside lane. Traffic started filtering over nicely and then that random tool in a bmw you always get darts down the outside and sticks his indicator on as he gets to the side of my car.
I'd already let one person in so this fella was going nowhere but he somehow managed to squeeze into the space behind me.
We get got the accident and the copper is waving his arms to stop, I'm the last car through before the police close the motorway 😂
Never been so happy to see a road closure 🤗

Not as good as yours. I am going to bask in the glory of that moment, people like that wind me up. (before anyone else posts, we have covered this issue lots of times and the world is split between people who get in line and those who drive to the end. After i handed in £ 40 i found laying in the locker room , i scored a hole in one :whoo:, a net 62 ,net 65 and lastly a net 70 . But I think i've used up my Karma allowance, my scores are now back to normal, NRs.

A couple of years back I was driving along a stretch of 30 limit road, following a bus.
Now, I tend to sit back from buses a little as, around here, they tend to stop very quickly without signalling.
So I'm pootling along and a big Merc comes up behind me, obviously a Captain of Industry on his way to a meeting so crucial that if he doesn't get there in 10 minutes the world will end....
So he flies past me but can't get past the bus - yet....
We go through a village, out the other side and into another one...
He's getting really quite peeved by now.
He sees his chance and guns it.

Just as he gets past the bus he realises there's a speed camera that's going to get him.
He slams on the brakes, skids, drifts to the right and ends up in the local duck pond.......
We didn't laugh...

Coming down the M3 one day a few years ago, particulalrly bad weather, heavy rain, mist etc. Traffic down to about 50mph. Bell end in brand new Porsche Boxster comes flying down the outside at 80 and disappears into the murk. A few miles later traffic slows to a crawl, and it soon becomes obvious there's been an accident. A few minutes later get to scene of said accident, to see one uninjured but very unhappy Porsche driver sat on the armco looking at the smashed up remains of his very expensive Boxster. No other vehicle involved. I might have had a small chuckle
