...... When you introduce the sole of a forged pitching wedge to a stone the size of a babies head, buried in a lateral hazard

A few of the guys on here who are on Twitter saw this last night.

Steve, if you're there, I hope you get yours fixed. Either that or shave with it

Let that be a lesson to you, not to play from a hazard with forged club.

Did the same thing with my MP57 the week i got them, took a gouge out the first groove and the soul so bad i had to buy another 9 iron.

Luckily, this is below the leading edge and on the sole. Got away with one there!

Should've bought Pings

But that would have destroyed the Hazard

I was going to say about Stevie`s but I guess he showed you already.... DAMN SHAME!!! but I am sure he said it was just a club.

Was it a good shot though :fore:

Mine are looking battered now, ain't had them long!

Punched the ball forward about 80yards and left myself a 3/4, 58* for my 3rd into the par 4.

Hit that to abou 18ft and 2 putted for bogey. Not too bad.

As an aside, and I said this on the Twitterverse last night, I'm not overly fussed about the dink.

I knew when I brought the clubs that forgings were soft and would get a knick or two eventually. I'm just glad it wasn't on the face or damaged any of the grooves.

had forged all my life and these dinks happen, bad stone chips like that can be fixed easily by the pro, do it or you'll always hate it when you see it coming out the bag

Shame, looks like a newish or well cared for club.

Had them about 3 month'ish.

Like I say DV, I'm not too fussed. I know it was going to happen sooner or later so it was just a matter of time.

Golf clubs are for playing with, not hanging on the wall.
Battle scars add character ;)

Clubs get dented, not much else you can do really other than not use them... I have MP53s, they have a few dings here and there but c'est la vie.
