During the usual friday game, Fragger shanked his ball deep into the clag on our 8th hole. While searching he found a bright - and I mean BRIGHT - orange ball from the Bay Hill Company.

As he was playing crap - 8 blobs in total today - he decided to use it.

After CVG and myself had thrown up in the litter bin he actually used it and actually scored some points with it.

We were praying for him to lose it - he'd lost a few already so it shouldn't have taken long.

Did he? - Did he hell..

I even found a bright yellow one for him - and he used that too!!

Played like a twit so wondered if I played with a crap ball would it actually make a difference?

Managed to scramble 27 points which I agree is pretty poor, but that was with 8 yes EIGHT blobs, one day its all going to come together and i will get 50 points

When I did score i had loads of 3's 1 x 4 and a few 2's no 1's.

Had a couple of proper pars as well and a couple of long putts for birdie chances.

Where did it go wrong? easy second shots were rubbish,

Drives, putts and approach shots were not too bad.

So the moral of the story is If you are playing like an idiot, start hitting a budgie ball
