Changing the subject from Mr Nutter, how are they getting away with having a beer? Drinking alcohol in sight of the pitch is banned at every level of the game.

Not every level. Went to Bradford park ave and Mossley on away days a couple of years ago and you can sit in the stands having a beer, All very civilized. NO trouble at all.

That was recorded at Whitehawk, I'm a sponsor there and know the fella he was talking to very well. The Wealdstone raider would have been in all sorts of bother. Very strange man.

I use to be involved with Carshalton Athletic in my teens and there was an old guy there that would loiter outside the entrance to the bar an look for a fight. Not sure anyone took him on but the kids use to wind him up a treat. Don't recall him ever venturing round the other side to watch the game. To be fair he may have had a point on that one. Is it a non-league disease with these old boys?
