Anyone watching?

I need therapy after last night's episode - didn't see that coming.... well, not until Negan joins the programme anyway!!!

Nobody is safe on that show!

Ive watched it from the start, and its wasn't a surprise, quiet a few lead characters have bitten the dust, or should that be been bitten.

he might not be dead anyway.

I'm sort of losing interest TBH, more humans killing each other than Zombies the last few series.

Not seen the new one. I take it Glen bites the dust based off the reactions on Twitter. Honestly lol the strangest stuff trends on there.

Yes, only a surprise because he lasts a bit longer in the comic.... Speculation he might be alive but hard to see how they get him out of that so I'm not going along with that theory.

They have drafted in the writers from Dallas and he will wake up in the shower in two series time and its all been a dream:ears:

Nicholas fell on top of him so perhaps it was him being ripped apart and Glen manages to wriggle free under the dumpster? He wasn't included in the 'in memory' segment on the talking dead show.

Only because they we're going with the "please, don't let it be true" approach. They don't know what's coming up either.

The only hint was that we will see him again, in some form, to clear up what has happened....

I've watched this from the start and am pretty sure I will still be watching at the end. I am however getting bored by it. It fallows the same format- We're not safe- Oh, there's a safe place- There's some baddies- It's not safe here any more- There's a safe place and repeat.

I don't think he is dead, I think the other guy was on top and he wriggles out of it. They can't get rid of any more of the main characters, there's no one interesting to step up.

Either way, I am bored by it. Unfortunately once I start a show I tend to finish it no matter how bad it gets.

I tend to disagree with those that are bored by it, although I can understand where you are coming from. Perhaps because I came late to it and binge-watched seasons 1-4 earlier this year and season 5 just in time for the start of season 6, I haven't tired of it. For me the real fascination is no longer the dystopian zombie-filled future but the incredible character development of the people in the show and their relationships; Rick, Glenn, Carol, Daryl, Michonne have all evolved. But I do think the more occasional viewer who doesn't get beyond the superficiality of the endless zombie killing and bad guy battling could find it a bit samey.

I think Jessie is quite interesting and could become a core character, if she lives long enough. Likewise Enid - there's more to come from her back story I'm sure. Let's see what happens with Heath as well. Even Nicholas was starting to take shape until last night's events!! The writers need to balance things - they've got a lot of well-established characters so no room to develop others unless something drastic happens.... RIP :D

The one that is starting to lift it for me is Morgan. My bet is that his aversion to killing is that he was a murderer in years gone by, reformed himself and now can't bring himself to do it.

I thought it was just because he went totally mental when his son died early on but seems to have turned it around now that he has reappeared.

I've read all the comics, played the games and seen the show, fantastic story, all versions of it.

Haven't seen any episodes from S6 yet but will try catch up soon.

Like many I have watched it from the start and find the whole show now getting boring. Same thing over and over no new exciting characters just the same Driftwood actors. Cosmetics for the zombies has improved drastically however zombie kills are getting worse

Last season when Eugene was claiming he had a cure for the virus and wanted to get to Washington I thought to myself this is what we been waiting for a real new story line taking them out of the county and into the city. I found myself thinking I wonder what scientists are left and how far have they got the Cure however turned out as you know not to be the case that was back to some base camp a church or something.

So far we have had a small town a farm house. A prison. A train station ( terminus) and now they have moved into a small community housing area. O and there was a hospital and church as well as stated above.

Maybe this season might see Rick and the gang head to a airport not done that before. So come on how much longer can this go on.

Last nights episode I found myself thinking OK this man been through so much and then he gets killed by something as silly as I guy shooting himself. But of course he won't be dead he will be laying playing dead under the guy that shot himself.

Correct me here, but isn't this the final season of the Walking Dead? I know there are 16 episodes in series 6, but I'm sure, I could be wrong, that this is the last series.

Not sure about Glen dying, I just do not see how he would get out of that many Zombies, unless of course the guts were Nicolas's and like we saw Michonne in a early episode, once covered in Zombie guts, alive humans are ignored.

Not sure about it being the last series - I haven't heard that.

Have seen some spoilery stuff on the web today that puts a good case for Glenn not being dead... just hope they manage to get him out of there in a convincing way. And not an "it was all a dream" sort of thing!

My significant other watches it religiously. I reckon it is one of the biggest loads of dross on telly, repetitive and uninteresting.

Still, each to their own.
