The Tee Claw

Agreed good idea and I would use it.

Would it really work though for a wedge or any club where you have to hit down.
It doesn't look so sturdy it wouldn't break quite easy.
Also would a piece of wood stay in the hole if it snapped off.

Actually I disagree on this one. Plastic range tees are never the right height for me, if it works it would be useful to me at least.

I agree, the tall ones are to tall for me with the driver, the next size down is to low, same applies when wanting to hit the three metal of a tee and if you go to somewhere they have the automated tee system, getting the tee height right is down to a choice of 4 settings, if you're lucky you can get one to just the right height.

So this system does make a lot of sense.

Get a spare soft shoe spike, drill a hole in the centre, tie a piece of string to it......job done..........20p tops.....
Dragons Den, here I come!

Read the thread and was about to post:

Rename it "The Reggae Reggae Tee Claw", apply for next series of Dragons' Den and Peter Jones'll rip their arms off.

The fact that they sell spare lanyards in packs of 25 would worry me (were I gullible enough to buy it) as this suggests that the lanyards must break quite regularly and the revolutionary "Tee Claw" will go sailing down the range.

Not for me.

You'd get 5 minutes to look for it......best play a provisional...
