Found them whilst looking for waterproofs. Had some good deals so bought on Thursday lunchtime with next day delivery (paid for). Website says orders made before 4pm will be sent that day (My confirmation email was received 12.15pm Thursday).

Low and behold, nothing by 6pm Friday. 8pm Friday get a dispatch email from them, 24 hour recorded with Parcelforce.

They are still not here.

Look legit, sell via Amazon & Tesco online, have online chat (which is not working today), real email addresses but no-one responding or answering the phone.

Luckily I paid via PayPal so I'm covered. Anyone else bought through them before? Feeling like a bit of a mug!

My bother had a real problem with these guys going back 18 months or so when buying water proofs. I cant remember any detail.

They do have some very good deals - especially through Fore24.com - and I have purchased plenty, particularly Woodworm gear.

Delivery is, however, pretty shoddy and I've made Paypal claims against them to cover the difference between what they promise (Next Day if ordered before 4PM and upgraded (£1) to Next Day! The last purchase was actually physically received 2 mins before I got the notification that it had been shipped, so something weird is going on with that process!

I'll continue to purchase, as timing isn't normally critical, but it's something they need to improve upon.

Their Chat, phone and email is unresponsive (for me), but I've never actually not had a purchase delivered!

Is the Woodworm stuff any good? Looks pretty nice!

Seems like this could be the issue. Parcel force website is saying received but nothing more. Will go back to PayPal and ask for money back for delivery. Would rather have taken free delivery not £5.99 at this rate.

Free delivery? Thought it was 4.99 for 3-5 day!

There appears to be a couple of levels of quality for polo shirts, but even the lowest one is pretty good and great vfm! Base layers are fine, though I might go up a size next time (perhaps a little short so, with no belt, they creep up past the belly!!) and roll-necks and tops are as good as any other manufacturer. Sunglasses are fine - and great value! Not sure whether I'd buy Woodworm waterproofs though - I'm a GG/Cross (Jackets) or Benross (trou) fan. Fore24 had a great deal on Woodworm trou not long ago (9.99). I used them (when not in waterproofs) at the weekend and they are very good. Only issue is the postage bumps the price up for small amounts! 3-5 days is still £4.99 (not free!!) which makes the extra quid for next day pretty reasonable, even if it does take 3 as mine have done!

Bought 3 Woodworm shirts off them just last week - via ebay as a gift for someone. Delivered in a couple of days. Won't know until tomorrow whether they fit or need returning, but initial purchase was not a problem.

I'll be honest, I assumed that standard delivery was free as I went straight for the next day job (as the items were for Saturday). Not many places that have no free delivery option these days.

We will wait and see. Keeping an eye on the Parcelforce tracker and it's still on the back of the van in Basingstoke as it has been since 8pm Friday. Very strange.

Still very disappointed with lack of communication. It doesn't take much for an email confirming the items are posted late with a little apology.

*sigh* so the package was attempted to be delivered and gone back to Parcelforce. If I'd have known that the delivery would be today not Friday I'd have given them my work address.

I won't be bothering with these guys again.

The timesync that is Parcelfarce ... Still could have been myhermes.

the woodworm polo shirts are great value, wash well time after time, I've used several times in the past and never encountered any issues, even when some goods failed I had great customer service with the items replaced within days

I know someone who bought a caddymatic electric trolley from them. He got a cart bag thrown in too for £330. He said it come very quick and he was really happy with it. It looked pretty good to me, but I didn't really inspect it too closely.

There used to be a Sports HQ rep on here at one point was there not?

I've only bought once from them, a pair of Forgan shoes for last winter, which looked like rebadged Stuburts. They came and were huge, it was like wearing the boxes on my feet so they went back.

Used them plenty of times. Had loads of woodworm polos, a cap and trousers and all have lasted really well. Even had a woodworm waterproof suit that lasted years. Only issue I have is the £5 delivery. Stops me buying cheaper items as that bumps the price up too much
