The big staff golf day at Brancaster has now been and gone (see earlier thread below) and it's time to announce the results of a day blessed with glorious weather and some occasionally glorious golf...

First, the scores on the day:-

Foursomes
1st Jezz & Tom - 33pts
2nd Kevin & Steph - 32pts
3rd Mike & Neil - 30pts
4th Alex & Paul - 28pts

Singles
1st Paul - 38pts
2nd Mike - 33pts
3rd Neil - 32pts
T4th Jezz - 30pts
T4th Alex - 30pts
6th Kevin - 28pts
7th Tom - 27pts
8th Steph - 26pts

So there you have it. And which forumer wins the prize...?

Well, no-one correctly predicted both winners, and no-one correctly predicted the right score for the one winner they did get right.

To decide the tie it eventually came down to 3 people - colint, Grumps and Pip - who picked one of the winners (1pt out in their guesses), coupled with a 3rd place finish in the other event.

To finally decide things we had to go with how many points they were out in their 3rd place guess and the ultimate winner was...

Pip who predicted Jezz and Tom for the foursomes with 34pts (one out) and Neil for the singles with 36pts (four out).

Clear as mud I would imagine but if Pip would like to drop an email to jezz_ellwood@ipcmedia.com I'll get his prize of a dozen Nike One Vapor Speed balls in the post asap

Btw I did predict Paul the winner with 36 so 38 is good scoring chap!
