Just wanted to share.

Posted earlier in week asking advice as had my 1st ever pairs match in the clubs winter league today. Enjoyed it
thoroughly! My partner is off 12 and we were playing two fellas one off scratch and the other off 11. Long story short, 3 down after 12 and pulled it back to all sq going up the last! I hit it into the rough but managed to spank a 5 iron
into 8 feet. My partner was in for par 4 and i was putting for birdie to win our first ever match together. I missed it by and inch! Awell a great halfed game. The hi's and low's of golf! Thats what keeps me coming back for more.

Think my partners back was a bit sore after the front 9 but i pulled the finger out! Lol

Thank you. Yes was good come back. We suprised ourselves as it was us winning the holes and not the others
throwing it away.

Its a strange game.....few months back I was 5 up and 5 to play. On the 14th hole all I had to do was get a 2 footer in and it was all mine.....I missed, Oh yes 5 to play and I lost all 5!!!!! did I take some stick!!!! Even the stoke play he levelled it!!! Its a strange old game, just when you think you have won it, it kicks you where it hurts!!!!!

Certainly does imran but thats what keeps us addicted to the game! Not that i like being kicked where it hurts! ;-)
