Who can you trust nowadays, apart from this scandalous situation, got a real nerve turning on the press, we have head school teacher paedophiles, chief cops trying to stitch up people, MPs ripping the country off big time and still doing it, bankers getting a bonus we pay for. There’s a cop who stays not far from me, he’s in prison now, he was on the drug squad…..what was he done for? Selling drugs. No wonder people take matters into their own hands.

When someone has stole a car, umpteen cops and sometimes a helicopter is called in. If your house is burgled, forget it.

My mate, his wife was abused by her uncle when young. He was convicted and put in prison, the family disowned her and they still speak to the abuser as if nothing happened.

I feel better now..No I dont.

The country has lost its integrity and we now have MP's, footy players and celebs doing wrong and getting away with it.

Skier Alan Baxter used the wrong nazal spray and was bombed out the olympics but Pete Docherty and Amy Winehouse are role models for the youth of today.

We are effin doomed.

***** have always been aware of it, its no surprise this is going on as the rest of the world knew years ago.

The weird thing about society is that no one gave a damn about domestic abuse until the late 1990s, the police didn't for sure, their advice was scare tactics like "you will be dead one day".. Bunch of heathens.

I would recommend you don't use the word **** to someone unless you know they wouldn't mind. As a NI ****, I know of a few people who had time to regret its use while sitting in Casualty. Shouldn't use it here either.

Maybe where you come from mate but domestic abuse has always been hated in my neck of the woods and the reason the majority went unproven was due to the victims dropping their case after the police had taken it to court after umpteen man-hours. i think the "you'll be dead one day" comment wasnt a scare tactic but to tell the victim they cant do anything if you dont press a charge. How are they heathens, and is it the Catholic Church or the police you're referring to? sorry to go on but comments like that piss me off.

Parmo, I am hoping you used that word in ignorance. I wouldn't like to think that you would use a word like that and think it acceptable.

Yeah I did, didnt know it was offensive, thought it was banter kinda thingy. I apologise to those offended.
