Yes, that video should always be taken from behind.

I have tried on many occasions but I just can't do it. I shall continue though as I feel to be a modern golfer you need to have successfully hit one of those at least once.

My teaching pro actually got me to do these as part of a lesson! OK it was a very small fun bit, but there was an emphasis on feeling of the follow through...

Being fairly new to golf I didn't know you were supposed to take a run up on the tee. I'll try that next time out ... it might get me that extra yardage I've been looking for.
