The nicest swing

Seeing that someone wants Paul Casey's swing, whose swing would *you* most like to have. (Apologies if this has been asked before...I'm sure it has.)

For me I would be happy with either Ernie Els's or Fred Couples's. Probably Ernie's, as it's just sublime.

Although I LOVE Hogan's swing, I'd probably go for Sam Snead's for it's silky smooth rhythm.

Adam Scott, Tom Weiskopf (sp?) & Ian Baker Finch all have/had lovely swings for the taller golfer to admire.

But for the best, most solid & dependable I'd choose Ben Hogan.

I always said Ernie's was the ultimate, but after the knee op it doesn't have the same flow and looks a bit untidy at times now (comparitively I know!!)

My new favourite is Louis Oozthuisen (sp) compact, powerful and pretty effortless.........If only

Woosie in his prime had a great swing, very simple.

IMHO the best looking swing was the late Payne Stewart, very elegant.

Also really liked Frank Nobilo and Howard Clark both fantastic. Freddie Couples had an amazing swing but I think my favorite is Tiger Woods not his current swing but his swing from 2000 - by the way does everyone know he has sacked Hank Haney

Mo Norman. His swing looks pants but one of the straightest most effective hitters of all time.

Of the modern players I like Ross Fisher's swing. He bombs it but always looks in control.

I think Goosen has the best swing in golf. And he hits it miles, too. One of the posters mentioned Weiskopf. Fantastic as well.

Tiger's. It may not be as pretty or relaxed as the others and I know plenty of people think it's broke, but he's made squillions out of his...and some of that will do for me!

I would have to agree that if I had the choice of 'having' any pros swing it would be Ernie.

That said you can't fail to admire: Tiger's, Mcilroy's, Casey's, Donald's etc etc
