Any views on the course please ?

I see they are doing a winter exp till end of March for £75 includes :
sausage and Bacon Muffin with Tea/Coffee
18 Holes of Golf on International course
Welcome Gift Bag
Traditional Kentish main meal
Inclusive of Range Balls and use of Practice facilities

Is this a good deal ? How does the course hold up to rain ?

Cheers

The London Club is a great venue with a superb golf course but can, like a lot of other courses in that area, struggle after heavy rain. Nevertheless, choose the right time and it is a good offer.

I agree that it's a good track. My only beef with them was that, last year when it was mighty wet and being closed regularly like most clubs were, you had to book and pay in full before the date you wanted to play. When asked about a refund if the course was closed I was firmly told that was not possible and we would just gave to re book some other time. Given that I was to play with someone visiting the area I wasn't willing to take the chance and as they refused to let us see whether the course was open and turn up and pay, we played Littlestone instead and they got the money instead!

Strange that they wouldn't cooperate as I was trying to book the day before we wanted to play, there were any tee times available that I wanted, and the course, whilst closed, was expected to open the next day but not certain to.
