The Greatest of our time?

Today im in my element.
Watching 3 of the greatest runners of my time.
The great North run will have Bekele,Gabresalassie and Mo Farrah.
Sitting back and enjoying.
Shame they are not all at their peak,could have been one of the greatest races
of all time.

Love GNR day. Lying on the couch with a coffee and the dog at my feet. Come on Farrah, Dibaba and the Weir-wolf. The last time I did it was in 2002. I ran alongside Jane and Mike Tomlinson for a mile or so.
The people lining the route are amazing, and watching the Red Arrows scream over the bridge as you're running across it is something never to be forgotten..:thup:

They've just gone by where I live, well maybe half a mile down the road. Didn't know those three were running otherwise I'd have gone down and cheered them on.
Done the GNR 5 times now, loved it every time but my dodgy knees tell me "no more" these days

Each to their own, I've never seen any entertainment in watching people run....
