The GPS, Chapter 2

Well, some of you will have read about the GPS loss at my club. Following me putting notices everywhere it was still not 'found' by anyone, so I decided to claim on my golf insurance.

All I have to say is what a delight, a form to fill out and send back along with original receipt. I get a call back and they have already put a credit on at my local American Golf for me to collect a replacement at any time that suits me. American Golf call me up to just remind me to being proof of ID and I can take it away.

Well done Golf Care, your customer service was top notch and response times were spot on.

I just hope that the golfing Gods have already started their work on the oik that is currently using the original one...
