Anyone else watching this??

In short, FBI Vs the serial killer and the cult that follow him, Kevin Bacon is the clever ex FBI agent brought back to stop it all and Somerset boy James Purefoy is the serial killer following the weird workings of Edgar Allan Poe.

I am loving it, i don't normally get hooked by american series, got bored of Lost after about episode 5, never watched 24 etc etc, but am really enjoying The Following! two thumbs up from Rooter!
 
I watch it. Have to download it though as I don't have sky, but on the bright side I'm a week ahead I think.
Very clever programme, some brilliant writing. Didn't really rate bacon as an actor, but in this he's brilliant.

Yeh i think the fact you have to think is why i enjoy it!

A week ahead??!! you bugger! this week on sky was where Ryan started in the house with a gun to his head.. (dont want to reveal much to spoil anything!)

Murder in the First, one of the greatest films I've ever seen. Check it out, you won't be disappointed! It knocks spots off Tremors!

Maybe I'm not a week ahead then? I'm still to watch that one, but to be fair I havent watched the latest episode I have. I've just finished the one where he gets to the house.
 
Watching it, loving it. For me it's the new 24, more so than Homeland which I have also watched throughout but hasn't grabbed me in the same way.

I'm also looking forward to the new season for Game of Thrones.
 
I'm enjoying it, it's no The Killing, but it's better than most things out there on the box. Trouble is that you kind of know that the big cliff hanger or reveal in the final episode will be that one of the FBI people is one of his followers. This is not a plot spoiler as I genuinely have no idea what happens, but I will be willing to bet that it does.
 
Been really good so far , hopefully it will be a cracking series. Missed the Killing but heard it was very good.

You're 1 day ahead, so not much. I have Atlantic, but still download it, as I'm impatient :D

Good show. Homeland and Breaking Bad are much better, but it's good nonetheless and I can only see it getting better.

Invest in the DVD, I guarantee you will not regret it. But under no circumstances get the American remake, go for the Danish original.

Series 1 is claimed to be the best and in a way it was as there were 20 of them to get your teeth into. And it was so great to see characters develop over time instead of trying to cram everything into 2 hours at most. Also the subtitles meant you concentrated on it and could not play on your Ipad or Iphone, or whatever most people do whilst watching TV nowadays, which definitely added to the enjoyment. But series 2 and 3 were also very good, even though they were only 12 episodes each.

That's why i kept my post vague! we normally wait for a wed night to watch... but it was very very good last night!!!!

4 weeks in Oz and you are moaning??!! swap you! tonight my Mrs is working, so i have to feed, drown (bath) and bed all 3 kids, then sit back with a beer and play xbox!

Not moaning, but the planning is a bit overwhelming and we are costing it up tonight. I think I’ll need a couple of shots of single malt before the final total is revealed. Just need to keep telling myself it’s a once in a lifetime opportunity and hope that people are generous with wedding “gifts” haha!
