I had 7 lip outs in the first 9 holes this morning, most of them looking in all the way until they were about 6" from the hole. We must be getting to the season of the depressed doughnut and crowned holes on soft wet greens. Enough said!

I believe this is one of the reasons living in England is depressing and it seems even more so on this forum as it certainly gets more and more depressing every time I log in.

Definitely a problem, especially with smaller clubs, they are often not maintained well enough
