Challenge Tour Pro
Morning chaps , have some vouchers for the belfry , anybody been thru a custom fit there recently , looking to go for a new big dog woof woof
They are in the process of refurbing all of the fitting rooms and I think the Ping room is only days away from completion. Apparently the fitting on offer will be as good as it gets when the fitting rooms are complete and the Belfry will be a central hub for pros to get fitted. I'd give it a few weeks and then book in
Thanks for that , will wait till feb , there was a rumour you have to name you manufacturer 1st is this true
I'm not sure on that one if I'm honest but I will find out for you
I may be having a fitting for a new big dog myself next weekend but I'm set on the G25 anyway so it's just a case of which shaft is best. I will ask on the day and get back to you.
Much appreciated , have to admit I'm tempted by the g25 , but also titleist 913
After refurb I believe they will be offering fittings for four manufacturers; TaylorMade, Titleist, Callaway & Ping.
If that limit is OK with you then, based upon my personal experiences, you are likely to get excellent service.
And nike

Everytime i've purchased a club they've been the cheapest. They are slow to drop prices after a product has been out for a while though. Their golf balls are a rip off.I know it's OT....but every time I go to the Belfry Store it has been very good and not badly priced!
Seems a backward move for the common golfer and fittings. Surely they want to try as much as they can and find something that works and so by reducing them to picking and paying for manufacturer x, they are denying them the chance to test like against like. What happens if you hit the G25 well but want to trial it against a Cally X hot? Not a good decision.

Oh and i've just been the range. Nike clubs are being sold there this year but no nike fitting facility's. The nike fitting room will be the new reception
That is what I understood. They will no longer be able to offer fittings for Mizuno, Cobra, Nike, Cleveland or Wilson.
Certainly haven't been too slow dropping prices in the shop prior to its refit. Some very attractive half-price deals have been available, ta very much! New putter, driver, fairway and hybrid now in the bag.
