He's been having Kidney stone problems for a few months now, back and forth to hospital for a night..
Well, he went in again yesterday, was due to come out this morning but not all kicked off again and he's now waiting to go under the knife and have the problem sorted, either this afternoon or tomorrow.
And then he's out for at least a month.....

A stent is a tube that supports an artery, vein or in my case the tube leading from kidney to bladder, it has a narrowing that is stopping normal sized stones ( sand grain) from passing and causes severe pain if it gets blocked.

So the stent will get rid of the kink and restore normal function

He's been cancelled today so he's having it done tomorrow..
