Bloody mouse-over popups should be banned from the top of the page, every time I clicked on the tab and then move down to the "active topics" link off it bloody goes again!

I think the problem is that the tag above the advert that triggers the pop up is too close to the bottom of the page and it obscures the "Index" link unless you click on the check box in the top left hand corner of the pop up to get it out of the way. It needs a bit larger margin round the frames.

On a similar note - the one at the top of the page seems to have the effect of disabling the links on the page until you pull it down and put it back up again.

Don't know if it's fixable.

On observation 2, noticed that myself, a quick f5 sorts it though not ideal.
