Off to Thailand first week in December,could anybody advise the best courses near Pattaya

You will be spoilt for choice. Better of going to one of the many expat bars that have golf associations and they'll give you all the advice you need. The Sportsman pub is one of many. Speak to one of the farang owners or regulars though, rather than the Thai staff. Have a good trip.

Try Siam CC Plantation Course. They are holding the Thailand ladies Open there right now and it is great.

Best bar/society in Pattaya in my opinion. Peter & Garn are great hosts, food is also excellent in the restauraunt. I'm not out until the 26th so will probably miss you. My favourite courses are St Andrews & Silky Oak, honourable mentions for Bangphra and Khow Keow. If you need any info feel free to pm me.
