About 6 weeks ago I went to a gladiator training class (circuits), one of the posts was a rope climb, so from a lie down position to standing just pulling yourself on the rope, after a couple goes I got pain in my wrist, so as u do, I kept going :o
Anyway, I struggled with driving home after and have been in pain doing certain tasks since.
I am fine in general only hurts when say turning a door handle.
Anyway, physio thinks it is most likely tendinitis. So does anyone have any tips or advice? Thanks

Inbuprofen, maybe ice and stick to the medical advice from the physio or GP

Ice , compression , Brufen and rest I'm afraid

I had this through a work related injury and you don't realise how much you take for granted simple things like opening a door, starting the car until you get it. IIRC it took me around 6 weeks to recover and there's not much you can do for it except rest, ibuprofen and I wore an elastic bandage for a bit aswell.mines still comes back every now and then so I need to watch for it happening and slow down.
Can be a painful thing to have.
