1.. Position of tee/ tees moved on 3rd day .. no physical or weather causeor reason

2.. tee box mats out , no LR posted up for Sat that mats must be used .. LR posted up on Sunday , again no physical or weather change or cause reason

What's the question?

From a handicapping perspective you have seperate CSS CALCULATION each day so it's all irrelevant.

From a who won perspective it will be down to the committee...who wins when the scores are tied on different days with different CSS? Different clubs do different things in their CoC.

Sorry Duncan , can tees be just moved when there is no reason to ? also who would make that decision ,

Also is it ok to introduce a LR without reason that players the 2nd & 3rd Day have to play off the mats when they dint on day 1 ..mats are rubbish

Your answer lies within the note to 33-2b

I read this that as basically yes as long as they aren't changed during a days play.

Whether they "should" is perhaps open to more debate and I think there would have to be a very good reason but as above, they "can". I'm not sure "we forgot to do it on day 1" would be sufficient in my book....but I'm only guessing.... lol :)

In the grand scheme of things I would think weather would have a much greater effect than the odd few yards here and there on a tee box on a multi-day comp so rules to one side, I wouldn't be getting too worked up!
