my 16 y/o came home earlier, pished as a fart, got all leary, went for his bro who is nearly 18. Bless him he tried hard. No punches landed thank god then dad had to step in.... this was not in the parenting manual!!!!!

Being 30 I remember the early days of drinking.
I had a friend like your son who went home one night and working his ticket with his 20 year old brother. Dad was on night shift so no referee and his older brother, a rugby player, took as much as he could before planting a right hander on him.
My mate was carried to bed and felt very sheepish in the morning. Dads response, "that'll teach you"

My brother once danced in front of me at when I was 14 saying "Put it there" and pointing to his chin.
I promptly did and when he ran off complaining our mum just said "Stop asking for it then".
Wouldn't fancy trying it now he's a decent unit for a short arse!
