How many of you have already made plans to play golf on Friday to avoid the Royal wedding? It kicks off at 11am and I have made sure that I will be on the first tee about 10 minutes before then. I can't think of anything worse than to have to sit through the wedding.

We have a forum mini meet set up for my place Friday morning followed by fish and chips, then everyone else is heading to Normanby (unfortunately I have to head off up North in the afternoon but looking forward to the morning session)

Now that's a royal wedding day sorted :D :D

11.30 at Harburn. It will take about 1 hour to get there so no danger of seeing it (First time round anyway) Hopefully the roads will be quiet. :D

I wouldn't ****** on them if they were on fire.

I'm working on Friday and going to a beer festival at night.

But if I was off I would be on the golf course.

When I was 15 I went to a family wedding. My dad told me weddings are for the wummin. Just stay out of it and let them get on with it.
Clever man my dad. :)

Washing my hair Friday morning :D

Well i'm playing Wed and Thur morning and then Sat comp so best if I dont play Friday as well. Still HID is not interested in the wedding but the shops are shut until 1pm I believe. Havnt made plans but it wont involve sitting watching that load of old boring tripe.

Yep, they're running a comp at our place with a 12pm start so will be nowhere near it.

Mrs is keen on watching it so no problems getting out either!

9.15 tee time booked.

However, the forecast is thunder storms, so I may not be playing. Not sure how I'm going to avoid it if the course is closed. Might have to sit upstairs and catch up on Spartacus.

Got a cracking weekend planned. Playing Saint Annes old Links on Friday, night out in Lytham then the short trip to Blackpool to watch Stoke hopefully take 3 points before a night out in Blackpool :D

Monday will be mostly spent on the sofa feeling delicate
