I've been having struggles with putters recently, so have gone through 4 or 5 to try and fix it. (It's obviously the putters themselves that are the problem, not my impeccable technique )

I've reverted back to my old TM White Smoke In.12. And putting rather well again with it. But I took it out of my bag as the white paint is heavily chipped and it looks rubbish.

Has anyone used a touch up pen with success, bearing in mind it's not just a few scratches?

Has anyone stripped the paint off it? What's underneath? It looks like biblical strength white paint, that would be a pig to remove.

Anyone have any other ideas?

There was a thread on here about two years ago when someone took the white paint off their putter and then started to buff it up but can't remember who it was. Think it might have been Rooter...?
