No. They are designed to be moved to create draw or fade bias. Whether it works or not, I don't know.

That was a SLDR btw.
I have a TM R1 and the weights do work. If I have the heavier weight in the toe end I tend to hit a slight fade, and in the heel end a slight draw. I would really like to hit it it straight, so can you buy intermediate weights, say 5 or 6 grams?
