I'm on the hunt for a new putter. Something with a single guide line and a nice slightly heavier weighted head.

Does anyone have any experience of using the Taylormade est79 putters? There's some deals to be had on these putters but I can't find any in my local stores to try out.

I think they look good, but any users experiences would be good to hear.

I've had one for a couple of months now and love it. Have been guilty of changing my putter as often as my underwear but shall be sticking with this one. The insert is excellent, gets the ball rolling really quickly and makes it difficult to leave putts short. Also love the black finish, especially now everything seems to be going white...

Very personal things putters. I have tried loads of them in the past spent a mint. Then 2 years ago. I was looking yet again and just happened to look in the bargin bin one putter there only £25 but just felt right and puts like a dream still using it to this day. Dont ask me why but everything just drops with it.

Hmm putters....

I will say this and perhaps you can draw your own conclusion.
A rabbi and a priest were attending a boxing match.
one fighter was Jewish so the Rabbi went down into the ring before the fight and gave the boxer a special blessing.
His opponent happened to be Irish so the priest, not to be outdone, went down into the ring and delivered a blessing of his own.
On returning to his seat the priest turned to the Rabbi and said "do you really think that helps?" to which the Rabbi replied..
"Not if he can't box....".
