Hi guys, just wondering if anyone is playing 1 off these? Im after a new driver currently trying the i15 but really struggling with it. Any drivers that people really think have helped their games? I usually hit it straight maybe slight draw bout 250yds probably. Any suggestions thanks

I have to say the G20 is the best driver I've used in a long time. Standard, off the shelf 10.5 with a regular shaft and I'm not often in trouble any more. Normally I need stiff shafts - in fact everything else in the bag is stiff but the regular seems to work.

Well worth a try.

Yup, the extra 3/4 inch makes no difference and is definitely longer than my old G15 with a slightly lower more penetrating flight for me. If you dont see the point in gadgets and silly loft/face adjustments etc, this driver has no faff (bar being white) and does what TMade say.

The i15 does need a fairly consistent strike, the g15 goes further more often than the i15 if you are inconsistent as it is more forgiving. The Superfast 2.0 does go further again but likewise doesnt like offcentre so much, when you hit it well it really does fly though.

Ive had a few drivers many years ago including a few cobras and a ram, eventually settled on a Titleist 905T wich was awesome when i hit it really well but not forgiving in the slightest! I had a few years off and came back to the 905 and couldnt hit it for toffee, slight mishits = massive hooks, big mishits = 60 yard duffs.

Tried my mates old TM Burner high trajectory and it was a revelation!! If i catch it out the socks with a nice swing its pushing 300 (rare), slight mishits now = straight and 220+, big mishits = around 200 and straightish. I found one 2nd hand in 10.5 for £80 (a fortune for a 4/5 year old club, with good reason imo!) bought it and never looked back...this thing is so forgiving i dont see my changing it ever!

Here is a pic of the one i have

As has been mentioned about most burners though it has a long and light shaft (50g) and will not be for everyone. I would get to a local shop and get a hit with this type of shaft and see if its for you first as it does feel quite different to most.

Best of luck with your decision.

I have a 2.0 burner.. it took about 2 months to get the setup correctly. I still have very wayward days with it but it is a very good no nonsense club.

I've also recently got a 2.0 4 wood and 21 hybrid to go with, both of which are beautiful clubs as well.

I have the Burner 2.0 Superfast 9.5 Stiff with a new Golf Pride VDR grip on which I am looking to sell if you are interested. There are a couple of scratch marks on the bottom and am looking for £135 delivered.
I am only selling due to a little one on the way, otherwise would have kept it.
