Taylor made players club - Lethal balls

Hi All

did anyone else do the recent Taylor Made players club make a fourball promotion? If you did have you had the lethal balls yet?

I did this at the start of August and got the confirmation email etc but no golf balls have been received.

I've sent them a few tweets in the last 3 weeks and some have been ignored and the others have told me 'they will be sent this week'

.....hmmmm

The only reason I'm keen to get them is I move house shortly and would like them to arrive at my present address before putting them in the hands of the royal mail redirection system!!!

Absolutely same here fella. Filled out all the necessary and got the confirmation email.

Hadn't heard anything so emailed and tweeted. Got a response saying they'd be sent out last week but still nout arrived.

hopeless Jim....they are completely uncontactable as well. Some tweets ignored, others receive the standard 'they will be sent out this week' response. that was 3 weeks ago I received that first 'this week' reply.

I gave up when I found that only 2 out of the 3 people I had put forward had been contacted (and therefore registered) and it was seemingly impossible to log in anywhere to do anything other that start again - and the small print suggested limited supplies etc so........I gave up.

TBH this was a real disappointment as a long time TM player, and I like the Lethal ball too.

Companies really shouldn't start these things if they don't have the full infrastructure to support the expectations they create - think Hoover for those over 30.

Shame, I was really looking forward to using the balls and had already 'paid off' the other people via Captains Charity donations - they were the Captain and V Captain!

Sometimes it's not about the value/cost expectation.
