Taylor Made 200 irons

To cut a long story short, I have been given a set of the above, with graphite shafts.They look mint even the grips have no wear on them. All I can find out about them via google. Is that they are cira 2005. Tried them on the practice ground. They are really sweet to hit with. Even though they are a CB club. The top line is so thin they look like blades at address. As my present clubs are really old blades, think they will be going in the bag. What I would like to know is. Have any of you used them and how did you find them.

I had a set of them. Perfectly good irons

I ditched them for the TM R7's. Not sure why i really needed to. Think it was cause I had money to burn after getting a bigger than expected bonus.

I originally got the 200's to replace a set of dunlop Maxfli Australian blades. The 200's were far easier to hit

I had a c/f set when they first came out and they were really good. My regular playing partner still plays with a set of them and they have performed for him for the last 10 yrs I would guess

Paul McGinley used to use them when they first were launched
