Tablet with Sim card recommendations

Have a customer who is a plane spotting freak and basically wants to buy a tablet with at least a 10 inch screen and a 3/4g sim so he can sit on top of the carpark at Heathrow and use a plane tracking app like flightradar24 to get the aircraft info.

most tablets i've seen are wifi only apart from some of the Ipad varieties

Im pretty unfamiliar with most of the android options out there

so over to you, what do you have that might fit the bill

Thats what I do, simple to do and works just as well and we all have a phone anyway

I have a 4g iPad 4 with 4g SIM card. Bought when staying in a lot of hotels but still occasionally use without wifi and wouldn't be without the option now.
